In addition I have a routine that sends the active cell two down and two over if they try to click on a restricted cell, password on or not. I limit the scroll area so the users cannot scroll off the working area and password protect the cells they are not allowed to touch. I had to do this as the Column widths on the OT Tracking page are not the same as those on the Attandance roster itself.
The Overtime tracking page sits below and to the Right. The STATS page sits just below the attendance page. The program will add/delete rows to the attendance page as needed should staffing levels change. If a supervisor transfers from one unit to another no retraining is required to do the scheduling. The smallest facility has nine people on on third shift. The pages have to be scaleable to meet these needs. I have 21 facilities of varing sizes and three shifts in each facility. This causes the STATS page to print VERY SMALL.
If I did not do it this way EXCEL would cause the pages to print scaled to the largest page. When the user selects 'Print this Package' from my Menu the print areas are sent, one at a time, to the printer thus causing each page to print to the full page. Each of the 'Pages' is set up as an individual PrintArea.
